Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Java / React Developer to join an on-site engineering team in Bentonville. The ideal candidate will have strong backend Java experience and modern frontend React skills, be comfortable working in an Agile environment, and be available on a W2 payroll arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver new features using Java backend services and React frontend.

  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.

  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and design discussions.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

  • Write unit and integration tests; ensure code quality and automation.

  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, and designers in an Agile/Scrum process.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

  • Microservices architecture and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Redux or other state management libraries

  • GraphQL, WebSockets

  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Java + React work demonstrated.

  • Must be able to work onsite in Bentonville, AR, full-time.

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and accept W2 employment. No C2C/1099.
