Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Trainer to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. Please note that this is NOT a Project Manager role. You will:

• Responsible for training two individuals (or more, as needed)
• Work in a very fast-paced environment with strong leadership and helpful team members.
• Work on site in Columbus, OH

Provider Experience

• Handles shifting scopes or priorities between internal and external stakeholders.
• Adapts plans quickly if a provider falls short or new opportunities arise
• Understands the technical aspects of what providers deliver—especially important in engineering, software, or manufacturing contexts.
• Can evaluate feasibility and execution capabilities of different providers.
• Skilled in selecting, onboarding, and managing third-party providers.
• Familiar with contract negotiation, SLAs, and performance monitoring.
• Understands regulatory and compliance issues tied to outsourcing.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates supply chain, quality, or delivery risks.
• Maintains documentation for audits and due diligence.

Training Experience

• Serving as Subject matter expertise – understanding and conveying the technical and procedural knowledge necessary for the team’s tasks.
• Tool training – showing how to use PM tools (e.g., Scrum or Agile, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Workflow/process teaching – instructing on Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Structuring training sessions – creating agendas, timelines, and milestones for learning.
• Goal setting – defining clear objectives for both the team and individuals.
• Progress tracking – measuring training effectiveness through KPIs or feedback loops.
• Documented guides or user guides and /or manuals
• Software development tools and training

Required Skills and Experience:

• Currently reside in the Columbus or Central OH or surrounding areas.
• 5-7 years as a Trainer
• 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare field (healthcare provider, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Good communication skills.
• Managing data-focused projects which involve database design, data modeling and reporting, integrations, and/or implementations
• Managing teams which include data modelers, SQL and SSRS developers, cloud engineers, and VMware administrators.
• Working in fast-paced environments.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Training background in the provider medical field.
• Have an understanding of Medicaid or Medicare terminology.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams in the medical field
