Position: Business Manager

The Client is looking for SAGE software (Sage Accounting, Sage Payroll etc.) exp supporting University/ Colleges or institutions, need some expertise at the business and finance office.


Summary:

Manages business transactions and personnel matters within the College of Engineering, including grant and gift proposals, stewardship of funds, purchasing, payroll documentation, supervising staff, and reporting to industry partners.

Job Details:

  • Oversee external funding, sponsored programs, and institutional accounts
  • Approve acquisitions, reimbursements, travel, and consultant hiring
  • Assist with staffing, records, and grant procedures
  • Generate payroll documents
  • Supervise administrative staff and support scholarship award processes
