Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Senior Project Manager in Chicago, IL.

Summary:
The Enterprise PMO serves teams across the organization. This individual will enable teams to deliver assigned portfolios, programs, and projects with high quality, in a timely manner. Effective execution in this role is critical to achieving the goal of leveraging portfolio management and project delivery capabilities as a strategic enabler, on every project, with every team and every day.

Duties:
* The Project Manager will deliver large/complex project(s) as assigned
* Lead and manage projects as assigned; Projects will be focused on both corporate and/or operational functions
* Directly deliver high quality artifacts through all phases of the project lifecycle, focusing on creating and managing project timelines, mitigating risk and ensure teams are adhering to deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of project management experience (business side)
* Change management experience
* Rolling up sleeves - getting into the details but also able to pull up and see the big picture/understand impact to program
* Soft skills/team building/relationship building (able to work teams through conflicts to resolution and execution)
* Thorough with documentation
* Good executive presence/consulting skills/PowerPoint skills
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
* Analytics experience a plus
* Software implementation/product ownership experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
