Job Details

**Contract-To-Hire**


Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in IT support, with at least 3-5 years specifically supporting C-level executives or high-profile individuals in a large enterprise environment.

  • Expert-level proficiency with MS Windows and macOS operating systems.

  • Extensive experience with MS 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and administration.

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi) and remote access technologies.

  • Proficiency with mobile device management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE) and supporting iOS/Android devices.

  • Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Crestron, Polycom, Cisco, MS Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).

  • Familiarity with identity management (Active Directory, Azure AD).

  • Basic understanding of information security principles and best practices.

  • Pay Range- $40-$45/hr.
