Job Details

We are hiring a Senior Duck Creek Developer to join our organization remotely!
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement Duck Creek Policy solutions, including configuration, integration, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize rating algorithms, forms, UI layouts, and Manuscript structures using tools like Author, Product Studio, Express 3, Transact, and Server.
  • Integrate Duck Creek Policy with external systems via APIs, web services, and Managed Integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and deployment challenges using tools like Trace Monitor, Data Tester, SQL Profiler, and .NET Debugger.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and peer reviews.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Duck Creek Policy development experience.
  • Deep expertise in Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, Express, Server, User Admin, Transact.
  • Strong command of XML, XSLT, XPATH, SQL, and C#/.NET.
  • Experience with cloud-based environments and Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) upgrades.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry standards (ISO, IBC) and Property & Casualty lines.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers, lead platform upgrades, and manage production support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
