Overview
This role supports the engineering operations team within Reliability platforms, focusing on enhancing messaging capabilities for internal and customer communications. The candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements, drive processes through the SDLC, and support the maturation of messaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
- Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology implementations.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for IT.
- Facilitate communication and negotiate agreements between business and technical teams.
- Support messaging platform enhancements, including content enrichment and timing optimization.
- Work with stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements and drive projects through the SDLC.
Required Skills
- Understanding of business requirements and technical specifications.
- Experience working with stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with messaging technology and personalized customer communications.
- Ability to gather requirements from business and drive them through the SDLC.
- Strong communication skills to support internal messaging platform enhancements.
- 1-3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with messaging technology and enriching communications.
- Experience with data-driven messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing or product communication processes.
- Experience with REST API and data structures/frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe and CPAS (Communication Platform as a Service) is a plus.
- Understanding of technological trends related to customer communications.
