Senior Integration Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain integration software written in Rust.
Design develop and maintain Oracle SOA suite and Boomi integration pipelines.
Collaborate with Product Owners to develop integration pipelines as per business needs.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Coach and mentor junior engineers on performance best practices

Mandatory:

6-9+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience with Rust in production environments.
Strong understanding of systems programming concepts such as memory management, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Experience building REST APIs, CLI tools, or distributed systems using Rust.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Preferred:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote/distributed team environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
