Job Description:
- Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer (SE4) to lead the implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow Archer platform within the Operational & Enterprise Risk Technology group. As part of the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) team, you'll contribute to delivering innovative, secure, and scalable solutions that support critical business lines such as Risk, Audit, Finance, HR, and Enterprise Shared Services. This role involves hands-on development and solution architecture, focusing on ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities, with emphasis on platform customization, integration, and application lifecycle management.
Candidates need to have:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, including solution architecture and implementation.
- 5+ years of SDLC experience in Agile environments.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow application development experience, including platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.
- 3+ years of JavaScript development for ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience with risk management applications and enterprise GRC practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow GRC module implementation experience.
- 3+ years of Node.js development experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow Archer GRC modules and platform solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on standards, processes, and tooling to deliver enterprise-grade features.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions in compliance with security and scalability standards.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies, actively contributing to feature development and defect resolution.
- Ensure platform and solution quality from design through deployment and monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with key business and technical stakeholders to deliver features aligned with strategic goals.
- Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow product releases and their technical impacts.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise with third-party integrations and cloud platform capabilities.
