Software Engineering Manager - hands-on

We are working with an innovative SaaS company reinventing the safety and operations of cities through their cutting-edge software solutions. They are looking to bring on a Software Engineering Manager to lead and collaborate on the development of their product. This individual must have previous managerial experience, as well as multiple years working as an individual contributor. Required Experience:

• 7+ years of development experience, with 2+ years of managerial experience
• Demonstrate proficiency using Java and other technologies incorporated
• Capability of meeting timelines and expectations for multiple projects
• Ability to communicate with executive management, technical leaders, and stakeholders

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% Hands On
• 50% leadership
