SCOPE OF SERVICES:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact project success, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to optimize program management and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
- Bachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, managing and delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through technical challenges and find effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with program management tools and software, and proficiency in project management techniques and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving projects to successful completion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in large and complex ecosystem
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Azure, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
- Experience working with NYC Government Agencies
