Business Analyst (Salesforce Service Cloud)

100% Remote (will work 8-5 PM CST hours

3-6+ months contract (possibility of extensions)

TOP SKILLS

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with experience working in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Need strong Business Analyst skills + strong experience working on Service Cloud
• Experience with Commerce Cloud is preferred, but not required.
• Experience using Azure Devops, Jira, Confluence, or similar tool
• Must have hands on experience working as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
• Strong experience working with business teams
• Will join a team of a Salesforce Product Owner and Salesforce Product Manager- they are over Salesforce Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud + Salesforce Developers
• Experience grooming user stories and working with process flows. Understands the end-to-end needs of the business
• Someone who can be proactive and ask questions and lean in. They move super-fast at Freeman and sometimes things can be ambiguous. Need someone who is not afraid to ask questions and make suggestions for improvement. Need resilience, grit, strong communication skills
• Ability to come in and hit the ground running
• Notes from manager: We have an urgent need for a contract Business Analyst; In addition to this foundational set of skills and experience, we are looking for someone with extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, bonus if the candidate also has experience in Commerce Cloud and/or Sales Cloud

Experience

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating the above skill sets for enterprise technology-related projects.
• End-to-end enterprise systems implementation experience, such as SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, MDM.
• Enterprise system integration experience including use of integration tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to synthesize multiple information inputs into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Able to communicate clearly and succinctly with multiple stakeholder organizational levels, from technical resources, front-line employees, User Communities, Business Leads, and Executives (verbal and written).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to create wireframe documents with information architecture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps as well as other project management and time tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary owner leading business requirement-gathering and documentation via meetings, individual discussions, and team-based collaboration from an enterprise view.
• Consults with business stakeholders, Development, Project Management, Administrators/other technical resources, and Analysts throughout the requirements documentation process and drives requirements to meet needs outlined in the project scope.
• Creates detailed requirements documents including process flows, use cases, user interface designs, scenarios and maintains outputs in project documentation system of record.
• Performs data analysis, mapping, transformation incorporating key performance indicators, demographic data, and other future state analysis to guide informed requirements development.
• Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Participates in quality management reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
• Reviews project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.
• Provides ad-hoc analytical documentation and project support to the business.
• Provides documentation of current and future state processes.
