We re looking for a long term contract for a Prompt Engineer to start sooner rather than later. We have time to find the right person. Someone with Google Dialog flow (CX) would be ideal.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Prompt Engineer to join our AI development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing, machine learning, and prompt design. You will play a crucial role in crafting effective prompts that optimize AI model performance, ensuring they generate accurate and contextually relevant responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize prompts for various AI applications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in eliciting desired outputs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune AI models based on prompt performance metrics.
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate and iterate on prompt strategies, analyzing results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into actionable prompt strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Document best practices and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering frameworks and tools (e.g., Google Dialog Flow CX).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
