Logistics Integration Manager

Description: Seeking a Logistics Integration Manager to support our efforts under the PRISM MATOC Task Order for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA). This role focuses on delivering logistics and life cycle support, enhancing personnel policy, readiness, and financial resilience. The manager will oversee integration of logistical operations, contributing to M&RA's mission through strategic coordination and operational expertise.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics operations to support OASD M&RA operational requirements.
- Manage life cycle support activities to ensure sustained program effectiveness.
- Coordinate integration of logistical processes across mission-critical initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with broader goals.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for logistics and life cycle planning.
- Evaluate logistical performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Liaise with government stakeholders to align logistics efforts with policy and readiness objectives.
- Maintain currency with DoD logistics standards, protocols, and procurement requirements.
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless logistical execution.
- Assist in monitoring and assessing logistical impacts on program outcomes.
Required Experience:
- Proven expertise in logistics management within DoD or federal environments, with a focus on life cycle support.
- Strong coordination skills for integrating logistical operations across programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including the ability to provide briefs, reports, etc., for senior leader review).
- Experience with life cycle management processes to meet federal standards.
- Capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and provide strategic logistical support.
- Operational working knowledge of DoD logistics systems and procurement protocols.
- Familiarity with DoD personnel policy and logistics support systems.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to qualify and obtain a Secret clearance.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics management, including 5+ years supporting federal life cycle efforts.
- 5+ years of experience managing logistics integration for large-scale government programs.
- Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CPL) a plus.
