Role: Data Governance Lead

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days' work from Home) Pittsburgh/Cleveland/Dallas/Birmingham, AL/Phoenix

Duration: Full Time Role (No C2C/C2H/W2/1099)

Experience: 10+ Years

Job Description:

  • Drive the definition, implementation, and monitoring of data policies, standards, and rules to ensure the data is accurate, consistent, secure, and trusted for business decision-making and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Define and enforce data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring processes across critical data domains.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal data policies (e.g., privacy, security, retention) and data privacy laws
  • Oversee metadata management, data lineage, and cataloging to improve transparency and traceability.
  • Establish a data issue management and resolution framework, including root cause analysis and remediation.
