Job Details

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with 10+ years of experience in IT staffing and solution sales across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong track record of building enterprise-level client relationships, closing multi-million-dollar deals, and driving top-line revenue growth. This is a high-impact, remote sales role for a proven leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to target and win new enterprise clients in the IT services and staffing space.

  • Client Acquisition & Expansion: Leverage your network to acquire new accounts and grow existing relationships into multi-service engagements.

  • Solution Selling: Promote staffing, project-based consulting, managed services, and offshore/nearshore delivery models.

  • Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed sales targets, revenue quotas, and business development KPIs.

  • Leadership & Mentoring: Collaborate with junior sales team members and help guide go-to-market efforts.

  • RFP/RFI Handling: Lead the response process for RFPs/RFIs and negotiate terms and MSAs with clients.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT staffing/sales/solutions, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Deep understanding of U.S. IT staffing trends, hiring patterns, and customer buying behavior.

  • Proven record of selling into Fortune 1000 clients, MSPs/VMS, or government agencies.

  • Existing network of C-level contacts, procurement heads, and hiring managers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.


Preferred:

  • Background in IT consulting or working with global delivery models (offshore/nearshore).

  • Experience with digital transformation, cloud services, data engineering, or cybersecurity sales is a plus.
