Title: Business Analyst

Location: 3185 S Blairstone Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32311
Required & Preferred skills & Experience: -
*) A minimum of five years of Business Process Analysts and systems analysis is required.
*) Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio is required.
*) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required.
*) Proficiency in writing SQL Queries and performing Data Analysis is required.
*) Experience working with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.
*) Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is desired.
*) Knowledge of data migration is required.
*) Knowledge of change and release management is desired.
*) Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques is desired.
*) Preference will be given to candidates with agile project experience and use of Azure DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs.
Job Duties & Task: -
*) Research and understand FDOT business processes and their inter-relationships.
*) Document and diagram business and system processes and dependencies between them.
*) Research and document impacts on agency business systems.
*) Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units.
*) Gather and document business and technical requirements as user stories in Azure DevOps and other tools.
*) Manage backlog and work items using Azure DevOps.
*) Coordinate with data migration and development teams.
*) Develop Test Plans and Test Cases.
*) Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts.
*) Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards.
