Job Description :
Education:
- BE/BS (mechanical Engg.)
Skill-sets: - Extensive experience on concept generation
- Extensive experience in design and detailed drawing creation of Sheetmetal and machined components of complex & precise parts
- Experience in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience in Tolerance stack up analysis
- Ability to read schematics and P&ID drawings
- Good hands-on experience in Solid Works & AutoCAD
- Knowledge / hands on experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in DFX & DFMEA
- Experience in Industrial Automation and/or Semiconductor Equipment design.
- Knowledge of clean room compatible materials and clean room requirements
- Knowledge of vacuum systems and gas system (added advantage)
- Knowledge on System cooling & water flow analysis, (added advantage)
- Design & Analysis experience using Ansys workbench/proMechanica (optional)
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
