ECS is seeking an Integration Engineer to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Threat Intelligence Enterprise Service (TIES) solution. The TIES Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) dynamic approach to fulfilling its federally mandated cyber information sharing responsibilities and ensuring real-time automated threat intelligence reaches key security partners. The TIES product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet CISA requirements.

ECS is seeking an Integrations Engineer to support the Threat Intelligence Enterprise Service (TIES) solution for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) located in Arlington, VA. This role is essential for integrating multiple Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products, software configurations, and custom code into a unified cybersecurity solution that enhances real-time automated threat intelligence sharing with key security partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability across TIES systems.
  • Work closely with cybersecurity engineers, architects, and federal stakeholders to define integration requirements and optimize system performance.
  • Configure and enhance COTS products and custom software to meet CISA's cybersecurity mission needs.
  • Develop APIs, data pipelines, and middleware to facilitate automated threat intelligence ingestion and dissemination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration challenges, ensuring operational continuity and security compliance.
  • Provide documentation and technical guidance for integration frameworks, best practices, and scalability.


Required Skills

  • U.S citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Suitability
  • 5-8+ years of experience in system integration of tools/capabilities for Identity Management, Enterprise Low Code No Code platforms, Threat/Data feeds, Data architecture and analytic solutions (e.g. Okta, ServiceNow, Databricks, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in API development, data transformation, and software interoperability.
  • Knowledge of threat intelligence data-sharing methodologies and cybersecurity automation.
  • Experience working with COTS cybersecurity tools and custom software development.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure and scalable solutions.


Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting integrations with other Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) platforms and solutions, data exchange protocols, and secure integration frameworks
  • Experience implementing service improvements and cost-saving initiatives within cybersecurity environments.
  • Experience working within government cybersecurity initiatives or federal cybersecurity programs
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
