About the Role
The Business Program Manager II will join Google s Partner Services CoE team to support an employee leave through June 2026. This role plays a vital part in maintaining operational excellence across partner delivery initiatives, compliance programs, and rapid staffing efforts. The ideal candidate is an organized, process-driven professional skilled in program management, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program operations supporting partner enablement and post-sales delivery initiatives.
- Coordinate activities under the Rapid Staffing Program, collaborating with Google Staffing and delivery teams.
- Support marketing events, product launches, and partner readiness programs through project coordination.
- Maintain compliance and operational rigor across complex, process-heavy workstreams.
- Generate and analyze SQL-based reports to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to executive-level slide decks and program documentation (approx. one presentation per week).
- Collaborate with internal and vendor stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure smooth operations, continuity, and visibility across ongoing programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in SQL ability to perform queries, joins, and extract insights (basic to intermediate).
- Experience with data reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Skilled in preparing and contributing to executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous processes and ensure compliance alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Technology, Vendor Operations, or Supply Chain domains.
- Background in Business Transformation, Strategy & Operations, or Delivery Excellence.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining team collaboration.
