************ THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ROLE *******************
- This individual needs to have experience with delicately, yet successfully driving positive change as a LEADER in the organization. (There have been several organizational changes at this site and they need someone with a collaborative and innovative mindset)
- They are looking for an INNOVATIVE LEADER that will get employees onboard and accepting of change.
- Needs a Leader that does not force people to believe in a new culture or to abide by what is being preached, but identifies a person that employees truly believe in what this leader is saying and choose to support and follow.
- This person needs to have an open mind with other leaders. (There are several new heads in each of the departments – so they need to be willing to work and come up with strategies together)
- They need to have proven experience and examples of them being with a recent company that went through major changes and how they successfully led and carried out the positive changes that led to success. (Examples are huge and needed)
- The goal is to improve employee happiness, growth, and retention.
- Working to build a culture that people want to go to work at and who enjoy their job and believe and trust in the leadership team that is building the path of innovation and success.
- Experience is HIGHLY preferred to be in the medical device industry.
- However, the second choice would be in the automotive industry due to the criteria of regulations.
- The food industry would be the third choice.
- Areas of responsibility and change management: Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost.
