Solutions Architect III (Senior)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is seeking a Solutions Architect III (Senior). This candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient architectural solutions. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in cloud technologies and Agile methodologies.

Duties:
* Translate functional requirements into comprehensive architecture and design artifacts
* Guide development teams through implementation using selected technologies
* Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with business goals
* Collaborate across teams to ensure architectural consistency and risk mitigation

REQUIREMENTS:
* AWS Cloud Certification
* 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
* 5+ years working in Agile environments
* Proven expertise in AWS Cloud technologies
* Strong understanding of Architecture Risk Management
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (for global team collaboration)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
