Job Details

Hiring: US Staffing Business Development Manager (BDM) Must Have Direct Clients

Location: Remote (USA Citizens can apply)
Type: 6+ Months Contract to Hire
Industry: IT & Non-IT Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring direct client relationships for IT and Non-IT positions (Contract/Full-Time roles).
  • Generate new business with mid-size to enterprise clients in the US.
  • Work with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key decision-makers (Vendors, MSPs, Hiring Managers).
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms.
  • Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record of bringing direct clients
  • Minimum 5+ years in US Staffing (IT & Non-IT domains).
  • Strong network with Hiring Managers, Procurement, or HR teams.
  • Understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, USC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
