What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows 10 and O365 environments.
- Use tools like SCCM or Intune to image machines, deploy software updates, and maintain system health.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, replace components, and set up new users quickly and efficiently.
- Manage Active Directory tasks such as password resets and account provisioning.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while solving technical challenges.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to keep systems running smoothly across multiple locations (all within a short drive).

Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, O365, and desktop deployment/imaging.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, or Intune.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience supporting a similar-sized organization preferred.
