Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
Own the defect tracker (in Smartsheet), conduct daily reviews of the logs/customer comments, assign follow up, ensure forward movement (response/movement within 5 days), and escalate when no response
Support the UAT leader and UAT process, provide dates, meeting scheduling and coordination
Some light PC work as needed, though primary focus is BA work
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, process orientation, and ability to think logically
Some exposure to UAT or any kind of testing, ideally for a go-live
Either prior banking or a desire to learn about banking, lending, farm credit; particularly with the defects tracking aspect of this role, there will be a need to understand the end-to-end loan processing/general accounting aspects (strong analytical side will help this person get quickly up to speed)
Deep customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction
Proactive go-getter with excellent follow through
Curiosity, desire to learn and add value
Bias for action
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
