Job Description

Randstad Functional Consultants (FC) serve as key facilitators between business stakeholders and technical teams. They lead requirement sessions to understand customer processes and technologies in the CRM space, supporting the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong mix of analytical skills, communication ability, and hands-on Salesforce expertise.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions to define business needs and Salesforce CRM solution goals.

Lead design discussions and document solution options, including workflows, process diagrams, and wireframes.

Identify current pain points, gaps in CRM best practices, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with business and technical teams, acting as a liaison across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Build and present Salesforce prototypes and support user acceptance testing.

Drive process re-engineering sessions and maintain detailed documentation in user story format.

Partner effectively with offshore teams (India) during overlapping time zones.

Support the creation of level of effort (LOE) estimates with technology and development teams.

Leverage multiple implementation team types (User Experience, Change Management, Global Development Centers, Developer Communities).

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Product Owner for mid-to-large organizations.

5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience leading business transformation initiatives.

Strong expertise with Salesforce configuration and understanding of custom development.

Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Strong familiarity with data migration and 3rd party app integration.

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Experience working within a scrum or agile methodology.

Hands-on experience creating personas, process models, and user experience documentation.

At least 4 Salesforce Consultant Certifications required.

Ability to travel for critical meetings and work onsite as needed.
