The Opportunity: Why This Role is Important

At AgreeYa, we help the world's leading organizations solve their toughest technology challenges. As a Program Manager on our team, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them on their journey with the Microsoft Cloud.

This is a pivotal, client-facing role where you will lead enterprise and public-sector clients in building the essential foundations for governance, security, and compliance. This position offers a unique blend of immediate project ownership and long-term strategic influence. You will begin by taking leadership of a key portfolio of in-flight implementation and migration projects, while simultaneously shaping the strategy for our clients' future adoption of advanced cloud capabilities. You will be instrumental in helping them responsibly adopt game-changing AI technologies, ensuring they achieve real, measurable business outcomes.

What You ll Be Responsible For

As the lead Program Manager for client engagements, you will orchestrate complex, high-impact initiatives. Your responsibilities will fall into these key areas:

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Take Ownership of In-Flight Projects: Assume leadership of an existing portfolio of client projects, primarily focused on cloud migrations (e.g., Exchange/Active Directory to online) and foundational Microsoft 365 implementations. You will be responsible for their successful execution, client satisfaction, and financial health.
  • Oversee Client Engagements: Lead large-scale, client-facing programs from start to finish, coordinating multiple projects, technical teams, and vendors within the client's environment.
  • Define the Vision: Partner with client stakeholders to translate their business needs into a clear program vision, an actionable roadmap, and ambitious goals (OKRs) that deliver value.
  • Ensure Smooth Execution: Lead steering committee meetings with client leadership. You will proactively manage risks, dependencies, and key decisions to keep the engagement on track and on budget.

Platform Governance & Operations

  • Establish the "Rules of the Road": Design and implement a robust governance framework for how the organization uses Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.
  • Manage Application Development & Release: Define a clear strategy for development, testing, and production environments for Dynamics 365 and streamline application releases using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub (CI/CD).
  • Empower Citizen Developers Safely: Create a secure and productive environment for users building with the Power Platform by implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE).

AI Strategy & Adoption

  • Lead the AI Revolution: Guide our clients in developing and executing a holistic AI strategy. You will identify high-value business cases for the entire Microsoft AI stack from productivity enhancers like Copilot to custom solutions built on Azure AI Services and then plan and execute pilot programs to demonstrate their value.
  • Champion Responsible AI: Develop a framework for using AI safely and ethically, including "least-privilege" data access, "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) reviews, and robust monitoring policies.
  • Drive Change and Measure Impact: Develop training and communication plans to help employees embrace new AI tools, tracking KPIs to measure improvements in productivity, quality, and risk reduction.

Security & Compliance

  • Protect Sensitive Information: Implement and manage security tools from Microsoft Purview (like Information Protection and DLP) to safeguard data across all platforms.
  • Manage Identity and Access: Ensure security aligns with modern standards using Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Navigate Regulations: Advise clients on meeting industry-specific compliance requirements, such as HIPAA or CCPA.

A Snapshot of Your First 90 Days on a Client Engagement

Your success in the first three months will be measured by your ability to establish credibility, deliver tangible value for the client, and set the engagement up for long-term success.

  • Within 30 Days (Assume & Assess): You will rapidly onboard with AgreeYa's methodologies and assume leadership of the in-flight project portfolio. You'll build relationships with existing clients and delivery teams, conduct a thorough health check of all projects, and establish your leadership presence.
  • Within 60 Days (Stabilize & Strategize): You will have stabilized and optimized the delivery of the current projects, ensuring they are on track to meet their objectives. Concurrently, you will leverage your client interactions to identify and formalize opportunities for broader strategic initiatives around modern governance and AI.
  • Within 90 Days (Demonstrate & Develop): You will demonstrate full command of the project portfolio with clear reporting on status and financials. You will also present your first strategic roadmap for a next-generation governance or AI initiative to a key client or internal leadership, effectively planting the seed for future growth.
