Title: Marketing Consultant

Contract Duration: 3-6 months contract
Job Description:
As a Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and ongoing support of CRM and Demand Generation campaigns for the Business Markets segment. You will join the Mobility Growth Team and will fill the crucial need in assisting campaign managers with:
- Execution of marketing strategies and digital tactics
- Development of target audiences
- Optimizing campaigns through test/learn strategies
- Reviewing campaign analytics/results to help make informed decisions
All of the above align to the team s goals of increasing brand awareness, driving demand and growing business revenue. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is outgoing, a quick-learner, results driven, and a critical thinker with attention to detail and experience in campaign orchestration. This role requires a high-level of coordination and communication among cross-functional internal teams including Integrated Marketing, the CMO organization, Data Intelligence and Operations and Digital Marketing, as well as agency partners.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Collaborate with campaign managers to define campaign objectives and develop briefs for projects
- Proactively maintain and monitor ongoing nurture campaigns to ensure flawless, uninterrupted execution
- Work with digital marketing teams and third party vendors to ensure the customer experience is optimized in all marketing campaigns (email, SMS, content syndication)
- Submit requests for items specific to campaigns including: TFNs and deep links; audience strategy/modeling; reporting requests
- Test emails campaigns to ensure proper functionality and complete link matrices to confirm URLs are aligned to each CTA
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Bachelor s degree
- 4 or more years of relevant experience in digital or direct marketing
- Technology background
- Understanding the customer journey and the different stages of the buying process
- Experience in developing and delivering strong creative briefs
- Experience developing impactful presentations
- Experience analyzing data to make strategic recommendations
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite, PPT and Excel
- An understanding of Verizon Business products/solutions.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience using Workfront to manage project requests
- Working knowledge of Marketo
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience working on projects with rapidly changing offers/promotions and/or mobility products (phones, laptops, internet)
