Job Details
The primary objective of this role is to identify AI potentials within the company's operations and leverage tools such as Google Gemini to enhance business processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct an in-depth analysis of current business processes and workflows across various departments to identify opportunities where AI technologies, particularly Google Gemini, can be integrated to optimize operations and drive innovation.
? Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and define AI solution strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
? Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and assess their applicability to different business domains within the company.
? Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of implementing Google Gemini solutions in specific use cases and business scenarios, considering factors such as data availability, model performance, and scalability.
? Develop comprehensive business cases and proposals for AI initiatives, outlining the expected benefits, risks, and resource requirements, and present them to key decision-makers for approval.
? Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions.
? Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on the utilization of AI tools and techniques, fostering a culture of innovation and empowering teams to leverage AI capabilities effectively.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption within a corporate environment.
? Strong understanding of AI concepts and methodologies
? Hands-on experience with Google Gemini or similar AI platforms is highly desirable.
? Hands on experience with Python, Vertex AI and LLMs.
? Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
