Job Details

Job Title: Drupal Administrator-Developer

Location: Denver, CO-80203

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain internet/intranet portals, forms, structures per organization needs
  • Collaborate closely with divisions and teams across the Judicial Department
  • Serve as primary contact for all aspects of public website(s)
  • Perform backups and ensure site reliability
  • Ensure website(s) accessibility per Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards
  • Encourage and facilitate consistent, creative, unified web design across web properties
  • Collect and analyze web analytics, identify SEO, time on site, traffic, metrics improvement opportunities
  • Improve portal efficiency and design look/feel, keep design standardized/current, monitor/correct drift
  • Monitor site traffic, help scale capacity to meet demands/performance expectations
  • Maintain and document ownership of company's internet domains
  • Assist employees with website use through support, user guides, training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, ethical standards, software licenses, applicable laws/regulations
  • Maintain current knowledge of web design, development, technology best practices/emerging developments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; coursework in digital media, web design, programming preferred
  • Equivalent progressive professional experience may substitute for education
  • At least 5 years working with Drupal platform in administration and content management capacity

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, SEO best practices/standards
  • Experience with latest Drupal version; create new content, integrate services, administer, teach others
  • Working knowledge of latest web design standards; experience with large-scale web design.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with websites.
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn organization's web CMSs, apps, tools.
  • Highly proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of PHP, XML, SQL, JavaScript, other languages.
  • Experience with ColdFusion a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills.
