Location: Madison, WI / Hybrid- 2 days Onsite

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
- The selected candidate will play a hands-on senior technologist/lead role in the design, development, modernization, and support of the State of Wisconsin DOT applications.
- They will upgrade Java versions, update front-end technologies, and migrate apps to container-hosted environments while implementing modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- The candidate will develop presentation layers using technologies such as Angular and help modernize systems by utilizing microservice architectures and Agile methodologies.
- Work will support DTSD Engineering projects, including GIS, migration efforts, and cloud initiatives.
