Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Developer III in Dallas, TX. Your technical skill-set and teamwork capabilities will be a key contributor to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. While the Force.com platform will be your main focus, you will be asked to learn and support AWS technologies as needed.

Responsibilities
* Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices
* Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations
* Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence
* Maintain existing features/products
* Help design and implement new global initiatives
* Provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally
* Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of post-internship, hands-on engineering experience developing on Salesforce platform
* 7+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL
* Development skills
* Salesforce experience
* Cloud experience
* Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs
* Experience in building complex, scalable and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
* Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement Clouds, Salesforce Communities/Experience cloud, and Data Cloud
* Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and experience leveraging AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, Appflow, S3, and others
* In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com application architecture coupled with good knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
* Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas, event-driven vs. message-driven architecture, and API integration best practices
* Experience with Git Version Control Systems and CI/CD workflows within Salesforce
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Demonstrated success in leading at least two full life-cycle Salesforce.com implementations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
