Job Description:
- A professional with 8 to 10+ years (depending on level) of software/web development, integration, and architecture experience with a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant areas
- Experienced in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharmaceuticals (preferred, but not required).
- Experienced working within a collaborative, cross-functional agency environment, particularly with QA analysts, creatives, UX and Visualdesigners, strategy, and business analysts.
- an experienced technologist with deep knowledge of the CMS, DAM, and creative ecosystem, with hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions using platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Veeva Vault, or Drupal.
- Up to date on modern development trends, actively engaged with innovative tools and emerging practices.
- A certified (or pursuing certification) AEM professional, continuously growing your expertise.
- A mentor and technical leader, guiding team members through complex problems and skill development.
- A client-facing innovator, ensuring high satisfaction through innovative solutions and technical execution.
Cloud and Migration Requirements:
- Proven experience migrating AEM On-Prem to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Strong knowledge of AEMaaCS architecture, including its content architecture, CI/CD pipelines via Cloud Manager, dispatcher refactoring, and cloud-native configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe s Content Transfer Tool (CTT), Repository Modernizer, Dispatcher Converter, and other AEM modernization/migration utilit
ies. - Expertise in planning and executing Lift & Shift and phased modernization strategies during cloud transitions.
- Able to assess and optimize legacy code for cloud compatibility, including deprecated API replacement and performance tuning in a SaaS environment.
