Job Title: Sprinklr AI CEM Specialist / Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Long term contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sprinklr AI Customer Experience Management (CEM) Specialist to join our team and lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Sprinklr s AI-powered CEM platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer experience workflows, social and digital engagement strategies, and leveraging AI to deliver actionable insights across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Sprinklr s AI CEM platform to drive a unified customer experience across social, digital, and messaging channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into platform configurations and workflows.
  • Utilize Sprinklr s AI capabilities to automate sentiment analysis, tagging, routing, and moderation across customer interactions.
  • Customize dashboards, widgets, and reporting to deliver real-time insights into customer behavior and feedback.
  • Monitor and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints using AI recommendations and analytics.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing CRM, marketing automation, and support platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Sprinklr releases, AI innovations, and customer experience trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4 8 years of experience in digital customer experience, social media management, or marketing technology.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr platform (CEM/Engagement/Insights/Service modules).
  • Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and sentiment analysis in customer experience contexts.
  • Experience working with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
