Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager - Training & Partner Campaigns
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Contract Type: 6-Month W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $48-$55/hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join a global cloud services leader s Training and Certification division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with a global network of training partners.
This position is ideal for a creative and analytical marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about partner engagement, demand generation, and campaign performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to promote partner-led training initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with training partners to create and implement co-branded marketing campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process including planning, asset creation, timelines, and reporting.
- Align with digital, social, and communications teams to support coordinated campaign launches.
- Develop enablement materials and communication plans to guide partners in leveraging campaign platforms and tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with regional and field marketing teams to tailor campaign strategies and execution plans by geography.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in channel marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or marketing communications.
- Experience with digital marketing tactics including SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Proven track record of executing channel marketing campaigns within a B2B technology environment.
- Familiarity with marketing development funds (MDF), lead sharing processes, and campaign tracking.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for campaign copy, briefs, and stakeholder updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
- Understanding of cloud technologies or cloud-based business models.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Data-driven approach with experience in campaign analysis and performance reporting.
