About this Position:

Job Title: Epic Project Manager (In-Person Interview)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and dependencies, drive resolution through structured problem-solving.

  • Provide regular project status updates and communicate progress to both executive and non-executive stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment across departments through clear documentation, structured communication, and collaborative planning.

  • Practice and promote structured project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of actual hands-on project management expertise.
Epic Experience:
  • Working knowledge of networking principles and communication systems.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to build rapport and navigate diverse team dynamics.

  • Highly organized and dependable, with a strong track record of managing complex, multi-team initiatives.

  • Locals are preferred, with the ability to be on-site as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Prior experience working in local government, healthcare, or other public sector environments.

  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems or healthcare IT infrastructure.

  • Experience coordinating with facilities teams and managing logistics during office moves or space redesigns.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
