Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and track KPIs, business drivers, and strategic initiatives.

  • Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.

  • Provide actionable insights to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

  • Work with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to create dashboards and visualizations.

  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.

  • Prepare detailed business cases for new initiatives and capital expenditures.

  • Support internal audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).

  • 4 8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).

  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).

  • Working knowledge of BI and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and corporate finance principles.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
