SAP SAP Service Management(SM)

Hi,

Position: SAP Service Management

Location: Plainfield, IN (Remote)

Duration: 6 Months

• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and their integration with the rest of the SAP components, such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS), and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
• Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests  
• Ability to gather, organize, and document business user requirements and design, build, test, and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specifications

Notes:

1. Client is on PST, but the candidate would be supporting the client location in Plainfield, IN (EST)

Will be working remotely with occasional travel, if needed (Expenses would be payable)

1. This is a support project, and the client would not consider any candidates with over 15 years of experience.
2. You may also look for SAP Plant Maintenance candidates who generally would have worked on SAP Customer Service (CS)…and would have this experience. But pls make sure the candidates are good in the SAP CS module.
