3+ Years of Workday functional experience
Workday Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday Core HCM modules and contingent worker business processes
HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard HR processes, policies, and best practices
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis abilities to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
Communication and Consulting Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage client expectations.
Project Management & SDLC: Experience with project management and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment methodologies.
Attention to Detail: Precision in configuration and data management is critical to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Certifications (Required): Workday HCM certification (Workday Pro or Partner Certified) required.
