Primary Function
Manage and contribute to the Deal Management, Data Mapping or Quality Control teams within the Loan Transfer department. Ensure all loan transfers are completed according to existing processes and procedures. Maintain all SLA's within the transfer timeline while aiming for zero defects within the transfer. Constantly improve processes to ensure all tasks occur swiftly and accurately. In collaboration with the Sr Director Acquisitions & Deconversions, perform supervisory duties such as goal setting and tracking, PTO management, coaching, weekly meetings with direct reports, staff development, etc. Work with the Leadership to create, document and enforce department policies, procedures, and SLA's.

Principal Duties
- Manage Deal Management, Data Mapping or Quality Control personnel regarding daily operations, workload, hiring, training/development, goal setting and tracking, ensuring adequate coverage with PTO & on-call rotations.
- Ensure productivity of employees and foster positive company culture of dedication & accountability.
- Maintain and improve processes within the groups to ensure maximum efficiency of the staff and other company resources.
- Manage the team by ensuring the department is responding to emails both internally and externally timely.
- Review the department SLA reporting is updated timely and is accurately reporting the status of the department.
- Continually collaborating with business units to identify and serve transfer needs.
- Serve as the lead for responding to internal question about servicing transfers from clients, investors, and internal business units.
- Maintain stated performance level for all assigned transfer mapping and validation.
- SME and business owner for the Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI) leading the changes and direction it needs to go.
- Maintain and improve processes within the groups to ensure maximum efficiency of the staff and other company resources.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Data Analysis, computer science, process improvement, project management, etc.
- 6-8 years' experience in the field.
- 2+ years' prior supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
- Certain after hours/weekend work may be necessary for projects or high business volume situations.
- After hours/ weekend email monitoring to ensure internal, client and homeowner satisfaction with transfers.
- Up to 10% travel to other company locations for projects, training, etc.
