Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing large data conversion or IT implementation projects.
Experience working with public sector or pension systems is desirable.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid).
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing vendor relationships.
Summary
As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of a large-scale data conversion project supporting the modernization of the client s finance system. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure successful project delivery within scope and quality standards.
Job Description
Lead the end-to-end execution of the data conversion project.
Define scope, objectives, and project milestones in collaboration with TRS.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate resources and manage risks, issues, and changes.
Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and document action items.
Ensure that project objectives and quality standards are met.
Oversee change control procedures and manage version control.
Ensure communication protocols are followed between vendors and TRS.
Support procurement coordination for third-party tools or licenses.
Conduct stakeholder alignment sessions and executive briefings.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to schedules.
Lead post-project review and implement lessons learned.
Ensure compliance with state and organizational procurement rules.
Facilitate resource onboarding, scheduling, and tracking.
Manage project documentation lifecycle and versioning.
