Join our Data Strategy team as a VP Solution Owner & Program Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Client Onboarding and Service (COS). As a Data Strategy Solution Owner & Program Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will lead the charge in transforming COS into a data-driven organization. You'll own data solution initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring accurate, timely, and governed data capture and consumption. Collaborate with business and technology partners, manage requirements, and drive projects that optimize operations and foster innovation in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define data use cases for reporting, analytics, and insights.
  • Partner with use case owners to build business cases and prioritize efforts.
  • Own data solution initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Gather and manage requirements, influence stakeholders, and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with data owners, engineers, architects, visualization experts, analysts, technology teams, application owners, and data management teams to design and select the right solutions and tools.
  • Support planning, change management, and readiness efforts for solution implementation.
  • Lead and manage projects with structured thinking and strong organizational skills to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate frequently with key stakeholders on progress of use cases, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint slides and project plans.
  • Develop and implement best practices, project standards, and procedures to drive governance and consistency.
  • Track and manage the book-of-work, ensuring clarity and alignment among all partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 7 years of experience driving and managing strategic data-driven projects in large organizations.
  • Experience working in Financial Services.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and independence in driving change.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and technology trends.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
  • Knowledge of Payments products
  • Experience delivering projects leveraging AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of data architecture and data management best practices.
  • Experience driving innovation in data strategy and solution delivery.
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
