Location: Hybrid – Denver, CO
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000/year
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Analyst I to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO, offering the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment and work on impactful compliance and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in compliance or security assessments and is eager to expand their knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of compliance and security assessments across business units.
- Support the development and maintenance of policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory and security frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
- Participate in audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps and recommend remediation steps.
- Help manage documentation and reporting related to compliance activities.
- Support the use and administration of GRC platforms and security tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance, security assessments, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with compliance or security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
- Experience with GRC tools such as Archer, Coupa, or other security assessment platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field is a plus.
