As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated Technical Program Managers to shepherd business operations at scale across teams in OCI Infrastructure org.

This role will support executives in OCI Infrastructure team and work closely with cross functional stakeholders. You will be the extension of the executive to ensure plans are executed according to plans. You will build scalable mechanisms to support business and program operation processes. You will partner with senior leaders to provide data driven insights that influence business decisions and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented with strong analytical skills which enable them to dive deep into the data to find answers, and to summarize the insights and provide recommendation to all stakeholders involved.

With the ongoing expansion of our business, we need a strong Principal Technical Program Manager for the OCI Infrastructure Service. This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of plan that organization commits to deliver. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement with cross functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you must be

  • comfortable working with key business partners including finance, HR, recruiting, service delivery leaders and Chiefs of Staff supporting peer teams;
  • detail oriented but able to articulate big picture for executive consumption;
  • finance savvy, sensitive to numbers, and able to tie operational activities to financial impacts;
  • able to keep moving forward in an ambiguous and fast changing environment where you might not know any stakeholder or have any knowledge about the subject at the beginning of the project.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities includes but limited to:

  • Manage and track headcount plans and its implication to budget.
  • Manage and track organization's CAPEX, OPEX, spend, and P&L compares to budget.
  • Facilitate successful implementation of cost efficiency plans and its implication to budget and P&L.
  • Be the liaison to Finance for OCI Infrastructure organization.
  • Manage processes specific to annual goal setting, business reviews and roadmap refresh.
  • Manage and organize critical and confidential planning artifacts for the organization (e.g., operational plans, fiscal year roadmaps and quarterly roadmap refreshes).
  • Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic & operational analysis in support of complex business initiatives that are at scale and lengthy in nature
  • Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.


Ideal Experience and skill sets

  • 10+ years of experience in a business analysis or business program management role.
  • Strong business acumen and Financial Accounting knowledge to be able to understand how business activity to impacts on financial statements
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform data investigation (e.g., data source identification, feasibility of merging data sets, assess data reasonableness based on business insights)
  • Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
  • Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead opposing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment with limited supervision
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint user
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or Economics; MBA preferred

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
