Position: Senior Flutter Developer
Location: hybrid in Charlotte, NC.
Duration: 12+ months

What You'll Need to Have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (skills and experience valued over formal education).
Extensive experience (3+ years) developing complex, production-ready applications using Flutter for mobile and web platforms.
Proven experience in architecting and optimizing large-scale Flutter projects with complex architectures and significant user bases.
Expertise in cross-platform Flutter development (mobile, web, desktop).
Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
Strong focus on application performance optimization and accessibility.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects.
Experience in Angular applications integrating with Java/J2EE is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, team-oriented environment.
