Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Test Lead to lead the testing efforts for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools, automation frameworks, and leading QA teams in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the QA team for Salesforce projects and manage test planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and develop test cases accordingly.
Design and implement comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests.
Create and maintain test scripts for manual and automated testing (using Selenium, Provar, or similar tools).
Identify, document, and track defects and work with developers to resolve them.
Ensure high test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members.
Report on test progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in QA, with 3+ years in Salesforce testing (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud).
Experience in Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, Apex testing, and SOQL.
Proficiency with testing tools like Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM, or similar.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Preferred:
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab for automated testing pipelines.
Exposure to API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Experience working in BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail domains.
