Position: Network Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $58 - $62/hr.
Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team for a long-term engagement with the potential to convert to full-time. This role is critical in managing future-ready operations through strategic roadmap development, rigorous certification, and comprehensive template design, while providing expert support for 75,000 devices.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Engineer Network Infrastructure: Design and build robust network solutions for access, user switching, wireless, and routing, ensuring alignment with bank standards.
Drive Network Strategy & Standards: Develop and execute the 5-year network roadmap, establish configuration templates, and enforce rigorous code/product certification and operational guidelines.
Provide Expert Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a top-tier escalation point, delivering advanced troubleshooting and support for Bank of America's 75,000+ network devices.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain network stability, security, and performance by adhering to strict compliance, proactively identifying issues, and preparing deployment teams.

Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise-level environments.
Deep expertise in Cisco routing and switching technologies, including advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Proven hands-on experience with Cisco SD-Access, encompassing design, deployment, and operational support.
