The role\n

As a Staff Product Analyst you are an all-rounder who thrives equally working on technical topics as well as value-delivery through insights, presentation and data visualisation. Indeed, your extensive experience and knowledge across technical and business related topics enables you to go end to end with a high level of quality and scalability as well as driving best practices within the Product Analytics community. Not limited to one squad or domain, your impact is across the breadth of HelloTech, proactively identifying common needs and pain points across the teams and defining solutions to constantly improve the way we work. So while you are an individual contributor, you are a key owner of best practice across our teams.

\nWhat you'll do\n
    \n
  • Accountable for your teams data catalogue and delivery documentation
  • \n
  • Collaborate from a technical perspective with data product managers and data engineers to create reusable data products
  • \n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives while utilising project management skills to plan and execute data-driven projects
  • \n
  • Partner widely across the Senior Product organisation (Product, Software Engineering, UX leads) to set strategic priorities and promote a culture rooted in evidence-based decision making.
  • \n
  • Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organisation highlighting the so-whats of your analyses in order to drive the growth of our business.
  • \n
  • Explore and analyse customer behaviour and product performance data in order to detect growth opportunities for the HelloFresh digital product by improving user experience.
  • \n
  • Guide and mentor other Product Analysts within our team, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness
  • \n
  • Review as a technical expert the implementations of multiple teams across domains, continuously improving the deliverables of your teams
  • \n

\nWhat you'll bring\n
    \n
  • Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally including having worked closely with product teams for at least 5 years.
  • \n
  • Excellent technical skills applying expert level SQL and Python for both analysis and efficient manipulation of large data sets.
  • \n
  • Expert level knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau which we use to create compelling visualisations to convey complex data.
  • \n
  • Extensive experience working with product stakeholders in setting up A|B experiments, interpreting results and deep diving to understand the impact of particular experiments.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, taking complex business problems, articulating these as analytical problems and presenting your findings in a clear and precise way.
  • \n
  • Extensive leadership of complex projects you have led, capability building within your team, and through mentorship or direct people management.
  • \n
  • A change mindset, the status quo is not an impediment
  • \n
  • You are outcome oriented, and can take a business challenge, create actionable analytical insights against it, and align stakeholders on actions to create business value.
