Contract to Hire

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead with Scrum Master expertise to manage and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud environments. This role combines technical delivery leadership with Agile coaching and facilitation to ensure timely, high-quality, and scalable CRM implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce program delivery, Agile project management, and stakeholder communication, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a Salesforce or SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple Salesforce orgs/integrations a plus.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Exposure to data migration, API integration, and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Act as Scrum Master for 1 2 Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize backlogs, and manage requirements.
  • Drive sprint velocity, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate work across onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors.
  • Track delivery milestones, risks, issues, and overall project health, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Support change management, release planning, and user adoption efforts.
