REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the deployment and implementation of at least four (4) large-scale LMR wireless communication
• system for statewide public safety projects of similar size or scope to MSWIN. Large scale being defined as a
• minimum of 120 sites.

• Experience with Motorola digital trunked two-way radio systems
• Experience in the deployment and testing of a state-wide, five master site P25 public safety network
• Experience in the deployment and testing of a state-wide P25 700 MHz narrow-band FDMA integrated voice and
• data (IV&D) network
• Experience in the deployment and testing of P25 network employing OTAR and OTAP
• Experience in the testing of multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) networks
• Experience in the testing of digital microwave systems.
• Experience in the upgrade and testing of a state-wide P25 700 MHz FDMA network to a P25 phase 2 TDMA
• Network

• Experience in the design, licensing, deployment and testing of Sonet and MPLS Aviat, Alcatel-Lucent, and Cielo
• microwave networks
• Experience in the design, licensing, deployment and testing of Sonet and MPLS based microwave backhaul
• networks consisting of 100 hops or greater
• Experience in the analyses and corrective action(s) necessary to resolve microwave path performance issues

• Experience in the conversion while hot (in operation) of TDMA microwave network to MPLS in networks consisting

• Verifiable proven methodology for managing project documentation to include identification, filing, and archival
